Red Bull Tetris World Final, Dubai (4,000 Drones)

The Red Bull Tetris World Final pushed the boundaries of what a drone show can be. Held at the Dubai Frame, the event featured the world's first official live playable game of Tetris in the sky. A total of 4,000 drones were used throughout the event, with 2,800 drones forming the live playable Tetris game during the Grand Final and 1,200 drones creating the opening sequence. Skyworx Breaks Records at the Isle of Wight Festival

In 2023, Skyworx with the support of AeroAVA delivered what was believed to be the largest drone show ever presented at a UK festival at that time. Over four nights at the Isle of Wight Festival, a fleet of 500 drones lit up the skies above Seaclose Park, entertaining crowds of more than 50,000 people.

The displays featured a variety of animations and festival themed imagery, demonstrating how large drone fleets can become a headline attraction in their own right.

Intel's Bellagio Drone Show at CES Las Vegas

At CES in Las Vegas, Intel transformed the famous Bellagio fountains into a spectacular technology showcase. Using 250 drones, Intel's Shooting Star fleet performed synchronised animations above the iconic fountains, perfectly timed to music.

The display demonstrated that a 250 drone fleet can deliver highly detailed visuals and smooth transitions while creating a truly immersive audience experience.

The South Asian Games Opening Ceremony in Nepal

Intel's Guinness World Record Performance

Before moving on to even larger productions, Intel achieved a Guinness World Record by flying 100 drones simultaneously in a carefully choreographed aerial performance. They programmed a complex dance routine with custom software, then assigned squads of 25 drones apiece to four drone pilots and put them to work above a live orchestra on an airplane runway in Hamburg.


The achievement helped demonstrate the precision and reliability of modern drone technology and marked an important milestone in the growth of the drone show industry.
